Stefanutti Stocks Inland is issuing this Request for Expressions of Interest to attract interested suppliers from the Mokopane Community to participate in the tendering process for the following:

Scope of Work
The Supplier is to provide to Stefanutti Stocks Inland at Platreef Mine the following, required for the project:
- Transportation Provider
The work shall include, but shall not necessarily be limited to, the following:
- Transportation for workers to and from Mokopane to Ivanplats Mine
- Transportation for workers to Jhb once a month
- Vehicle must be roadworthy and in good working condition
- Service record of vehicle must be available
- Driver with PDP License
- Proof of insurance of vehicle
- SCALE OR WORKS and TIME FRAME:

- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
The following are minimum requirements for the Transportation Provider / Supplier position on this package:
- Good project execution track record based on similar projects executed
- All employees working for the sub-contractor to comply with Medical and Induction requirements as per the Mine’s specifications
- Full company details and registration number
- SARS Certificate
- UIF Provisions
- BBBEE Compliance Certificate
- Letter of Good Standing
- Proof of insurance
- Written confirmation that the Supplier is not under any liquidity or legal confinements that may affect the performance and deliverance of any contract.
- RESPONDING TO THE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Information given by the prospective Suppliers shall be treated in strict confidence.
Note, this Request for Expressions of Interest does not amount to any contractual obligation on the part of Ivanplats and Stefanutti Stocks Inland, and that Ivanplats and Stefanutti Stocks Inland is not obliged to invite Requests for Proposal or Tenders from any or all who express interest by responding to this Request for Expressions of Interest.
Ivanplats and Stefanutti Stocks Inland reserve the right to cancel, suspend or withdraw the Request for Expressions of Interest process at any time and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by potential Suppliers. The prospective Supplier is responsible for all cost associated with preparation and submission of their Expression of Interest.
If any criteria within the Expression of Interest submission is determined to be non-compliant, the submission will not be processed. If, however, the Supplier declares its non-compliance and offers an alternative solution that is acceptable, this may be considered. Any information and/or documentation given and later found to be incorrect shall lead to disqualification of the prospective Supplier.
This document does not entail or imply any commitment on the part of Ivanplats and Stefanutti Stocks Inland, either financial or otherwise, nor shall it be considered a specific invitation to tender. This does not represent or constitute any obligation or commitment of Ivanplats and Stefanutti Stocks Inland to enter into any agreement with any entity or organization.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification of the prospective Supplier.
