The Team has vast experience in the construction industry and has been approached by Ivanplats to Operate and Maintain their Batchplant for a certain duration.
Introduction to the Development Alliance Opportunity
Stefanutti Stocks Inland seeks a competent Mokopane based entity or individual, that will enter into a structured, performance driven Development Alliance to Operate and Maintain Ivanplat’s Batchplant for a certain period whilst Stefanutti Stocks Inland transfers their skills and knowledge to the successful candidate.
Stefanutti Stocks Inland is issuing this Request for Expression of Interest to attract interested Historically Disadvantaged South African (HDSA) individuals or entities that meet the minimum standards required.

- Proof of Tertiary education. Note that a business degree is preferred but not compulsory.
- Computer Literacy – provide details of computer training received.
- Details of any software systems that you have worked on previously.
- Valid driver’s licence
- CK documents if a business
- Tax Clearance certificate if a business
- Other COMPULSORY requirements to be addressed in your submission:
Kindly indicate if you have experience, or have been exposed to the following:
- Experience in any areas of Civil Construction and/or Concrete Batchplants
- Do you currently operate out of formal business premises in Mokopane, if so, kindly provide details
- Provide details of management experience either in your own company or gained elsewhere
- Experience in Safety regulations / Mine Safety
- Own Transport (preferred but not compulsory)
- Confirm that you are not under debt review or involved in any litigation at present.
- Confirm that you have not signed Surety for anyone.
- Confirm that you have no criminal cases pending or a criminal record.
- Confirm that you are not related to or have any conflicting relationships with any employee of Ivanplats and or Stefanutti Stocks
- Are you currently involved in any community up-liftment projects, if so, kindly provide details?
- Provide the names and contact numbers of two references.
- Submit an updated CV
- Confirm that you are able to commit 100% of your time to this opportunity.
- SHORTLISTING PROCESS:
The following process will be followed to evaluate and select the preferred candidate:
- Documentation review– kindly ensure that all requested documentation is submitted and is legible. Should you require assistance with the copying or scanning of your documents, kindly visit the Ivanplats Cyber Centre at X1 for assistance.
- Shortlisted candidates will be further required to undergo the following process:
- Panel Interview with representatives of Ivanplats and Stefanutti Stocks.
- Full credit, criminal and qualification review.
- Additional psychometric testing if required to determine suitability for the opportunity.
- Standard Ivanplats Medical and Induction.
- MEI Verification of all certificates and qualifications.
- Proof or local residence.
- RESPONDING TO THE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
- Completed and Signed Letter/Expression of Interest
- All documents and information required in 2.1 and 2.2 above must be addressed.
Note, this Request for Expressions of Interest does not amount to any contractual obligation on the part of Stefanutti Stocks or Ivanplats to enter into a Development Alliance with any applicant.
Stefanutti Stocks reserves the right to cancel, suspend or withdraw the Request for Expressions of Interest process at any time and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by potential responders. The prospective entity / candidate is responsible for all cost associated with preparation and submission of their Expression of Interest.
If any criteria within the Expression of Interest submission is determined to be non-compliant, the submission will not be processed. If, however, the entity / candidate declares its non-compliance and offers an alternative solution that is acceptable, this may be considered. Any information and / or documentation given and later found to be incorrect shall lead to disqualification of the prospective entity / candidate.

This does not represent or constitute any obligation or commitment for Stefanutti Stocks or Ivanplats to enter into any agreement with any person, entity or organization.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification of the prospective Entity / Candidate
In the event that any information furnished is incorrect, inaccurate, misleading or amounts to a misrepresentation of whatsoever nature, Stefanutti Stocks reserves the right, exercised in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel any submission or take other appropriate legal action against the entity / candidate.
Stefanutti Stocks confirms it has not appointed or mandated any other agents or representatives to perform juristic or any other acts on behalf of or in the name of Stefanutti Stocks and will not be held responsible for any expectations or obligations arising from agreements entered into between a third party and an unlawful representative acting as an agent.
