Ivanplats (Pty) Ltd is issuing this Request for Information to establish whether suppliers from the Mokopane Community will be able to provide in the future these services to Ivanplats, if and when the opportunity arises.

Scope of Work
Ivanplats are looking for all suppliers to provide their company details, to allow Ivanplats Mine to know which service providers are available locally, for Commercial Material future opportunities as and when they become available.
Commercial Material Required
- 7 mm and 19mm Crushed stone
- G5 gravel for backfill
- Washed river sand.
- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
The following are minimum requirements for service providers:
- Registered Company
- Local owned Company and or future JV’s with majority shareholding with Local company.
- RESPONDING TO THE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
Information given by the prospective Contractors shall be treated in strict confidence.
Note, this Request for Information does not amount to any contractual obligation on the part of Ivanplats, and that Ivanplats is not obliged to invite Requests for Proposal or Tenders from any or all who responded to this Request for Information.
Ivanplats reserve the right to cancel, suspend or withdraw the Request for Information process at any time and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by potential Contractors. The prospective Contractor is responsible for all cost associated with preparation and submission of their Request for Information.
This document does not entail or imply any commitment on the part of Ivanplats, either financial or otherwise, nor shall it be considered a specific invitation to tender. This does not represent or constitute any obligation or commitment of Ivanplats to enter into any agreement with any entity or organisation.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification of the prospective Contractor.

Late submission will not be acceptable. Any application(s) received after the closing date will be considered as late and disqualified.
